A joint initiative between the College of Education (CEd) and the Office of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA), the GCC Regional Hub in Region III is still housed at Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU).
First awarded to TAU in 2022, the said interinstitutional partnership was made possible through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between TAU and the Philippine Normal University (PNU) on 18 October 2022.

A representative from the Commission on Higher Education - Regional Office III (CHEDRO III) Regional Quality Assurance Team (RQAT) visited Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) on 26 June to evaluate its documents and facilities in preparation for the opening of the Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science (BSESS) degree program.
Dr. Anatalia N. Endozo from Angeles University Foundation (AUF) represented CHEDRO III - RQAT in the opening session. She was greeted by University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson who expressed his full support for the BSESS program. βThe BS Exercise and Sports Science will catapult TAU to become not just a favored host of sporting events but also a leader in academic excellence in sports and related disciplines,β Dr. Salunson said.

Representatives from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) - Community Environment and Natural Resources Office (CENRO) in Camiling, Tarlac, along with officials from the Rotary Club of Paniqui, visit Dr. Salunson to engage in a bilateral dialogue about potential partnership initiatives.

De Mayo as the OIC director of the Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS) Office, both United Faculty Association (UFA) officials also need to vacate their respective positions in the UFA.
After being nominated and appointed, the following faculty members take their oaths as new UFA officials on 24 June before university president Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson: Dr. Joseph Paul T. Abad, president; Dr. Jo-Anne Lynne Joy E. Duque, vice president; Mx. Norman Elynmer P. Cortez, secretary; and Ms. Shiyeahna I. Labonete as treasurer.
