This Labor Day, we honor the unseen forces who power Tarlac Agricultural Universityโs engine of growthโthe maintenance staff who keep our halls spotless, the farmers who fill our dinner tables with fresh produce, the administrative aides who keep the gears turning, and all rank-and-file employees who ensure TAUโs ship is all set for the towering waves.
Though their roles are often overlooked, their efforts are the foundation of TAUโs successful voyage. We recognize that true progress cannot exist without fairness. The fight for social justice begins here, in our own backyard, where we must bridge the gap between privilege and inequity.
