Tarlac Agricultural Universityโs (TAU) College of Education (CED) and Western Mindanao State Universityโs (WMSU) College of Teacher Education (CTE) have formalized their bilateral agreement through a virtual signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on 29 April.
Represented by their respective presidents, TAU President Dr. Max P. Guillermo and WMSU President Dr. Ma. Carla A. Ochotorena, both state universities signified their commitment to pursue a more active participation in research and academic endeavors. Other officials also took part in the ceremony.
