𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) gathers its students, faculty and non-teaching staff, for the flag-raising ceremony, in front of the Gilberto O. Teodoro Multipurpose Center, 4 November.
 
The solemn flag-hoisting takes a more reflective assembly as TAU unfurls the flag at half-mast in observance of Proclamation 728, declared by MalacaΓ±ang Palace, recognizing 4 November as National Day of Mourning for the victims of the severe tropical storm β€œKristine.” The university joins the nation in paying tribute to the 1,788,630 families with a total of 139 casualties affected by the storm that hit the Philippines on 21-25 October.
 
Meanwhile, the University President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson, commends the host of this month’s flag-raising ceremony, the College of Business and Management (CBM), led by Dr. Erlie SD. Totaan, CBM Dean, for its continuous dedication and initiatives towards academic excellence.
 
The Human Resource and Management Office (HRMO) staff also gathers the birthday celebrators for the month of November for a blessing led by Dr. Danilo N. Officiar, Officer In-Charge (OIC) at the Office of the Student Services and Development (OSSD).
