- quality and excellent pre-service and post-graduate teacher education and home technology programs that would meet national and international standards;
- relevant training for future teachers and home technologists, professional teachers, school administrators and other professionals to fit the changing national and international demands of the highly competitive education and technology sectors;
- continuous and effective holistic training for teacher education students and professional teachers to become effective conveyors of knowledge and facilitators of teaching-learning process; and
- advanced and specialized instruction in teacher education and related fields in the training, development and retraining of teachers, school administrators, researcher and other educational experts.
