The program begins with a spirited parade and team presentations, during which the Green, Blue, Pink, Red, Orange, Purple, and Yellow teams enter with enthusiastic cheers and chants. The formal ceremonies are led by Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, who delivers the invocation, followed by opening remarks from the University President, Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson.

The atmosphere is charged with camaraderie and friendly competition as Dr. Joseph Paul T. Abad leads the athletes in the Oath of Sportsmanship, pledging to play fair and honorably. With the official proceedings setting the stage, the entire assembly prepares for a Zumba session, ensuring a unified and energetic start to the sporting events.

The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community led by its President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson comes together in a remarkable display of unity through a bayanihan effort following the recent typhoon โ€œUwan.โ€ Led by the General Services Office (GSO) and the Ecological Solid Waste Management (ESWM) team, employees take part in clearing debris and restoring order to the university grounds.

Meanwhile, the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer for Administration (CAO Admin) headed by Ms. Yolanda F. Juan provides essential goods to students residing in nearby boarding houses to ensure they have adequate sustenance until they can safely return to their homes.

In addition, some TAU employees also extend assistance to students who are staying at the University dormitory and distribute relief items, including rice and groceries.

The energy on the second day of College of Business and Management (CBM) Week is absolutely electric as the campus transforms into a hub of activity and laughter. The morning kicks off with the exhilarating Foam Fun Run, where a sea of participants, dressed in white, dash through clouds of colorful foam. The fun does not stop there, as the rhythmic beats of the Zumba Competition soon take over, with synchronized teams moving in harmony.

As the morning ends, the focus shifts to tradition and camaraderie with the Laro ng Lahi. The grounds are filled with the sounds of friendly competition as students and faculty alike rediscover the joy of classic Filipino games like Chinese garter and egg catching.
