Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) demonstrates its commitment to quality assurance (QA) and institutional development at the 39th Annual National Conference and General Assembly of the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP) at the Century Park Hotel, City of Manila, 24-26 March.
The TAU delegation, composed of key University officials, joins leading experts, policymakers, and practitioners in strengthening national QA systems across the country. Representing TAU are Dr. Claire Anne A. Olivares, Dean of the College of Education (CEd); Dr. Sherwin S. Alar, Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS); Ms. Yolanda F. Juan, Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) for Administration; and Mr. Dante A. Revamonte, CAO for Finance.
The three-day conference serves as a vital platform for discussing innovative approaches to integrating research, science, and technology into institutional quality assurance frameworks. Under the theme โAdvancing QA: Research, Science, and Technology for Transformative Education and Sustainable Development,โ the TAU representatives actively engage in sessions aimed at harnessing technology to improve teaching, learning, and institutional performance.
