𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠

To ensure efficient and responsible use of public funds, the Department of Budget and Management (DBM) - Regional Office III conducts a Performance Validation of the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Hall, 9 March.

Led by Ms. Thelma Abegail Macalino, Acting Supervising Budget & Management Specialist along with Ms. Katrina Mae Yalung - Budget Management Special II and Mr. Alexis Gutierrez - Budget Management Specialist I, DBM RO III officials evaluate TAU’s financial disbursements and physical accomplishments and inspect the status of ongoing infrastructure projects funded under the Fiscal Year 2025 General Appropriations Act (Republic Act No. 12116).

During the meeting, the University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson takes the opportunity to enumerate TAU’s accomplishments in program implementation, financial management, and infrastructure development. The meeting concludes with a joint effort between the DBM officials and university administrators in addressing the efficiency of the project and internal controls.
