The Tarlac State University (TSU) Office of Business and Auxiliary Services, led by Director Dr. Winston F. Abalos and staff member Ms. Krishin Gem B. Bondoc conducts a benchmarking activity at the Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) Agritourism Hostel meeting room on 17 July. The delegation aims to study the best practices of the TAU Rental Services, particularly in institutionalizing rental operations at TSU.

The TAU team, headed by Business and Auxiliary Services (BAS) Director Dr. Jay-ar De A. Mayo, along with Chief of Rental and Other Services Ms. Charmaine Lace P. Pablo, Rental Services staff Ms. Lourence Agustin, and Catering Services Project-in-Charge Ms. Apple Joyce Crespo, warmly welcomes the visitors and shares their operational frameworks.ย 

The exchange of ideas focuses on streamlining rental processes, improving client satisfaction, and exploring innovative approaches to auxiliary service delivery. This cross-institutional collaboration underscores both universities' commitment to continuous improvement and positions them to better serve their respective academic communities through world-class support services.
