The Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) joins the nationwide observance of the 126th Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) this September 2026, commemorating the establishment of the Philippine Civil Service through Public Law No. 5, An Act for the Establishment and Maintenance of an Efficient and Honest Civil Service in the Philippine Islands, enacted on 19 September 1900.

This year’s celebration carries the theme, β€œBawat Kawani, Lingkod Bayani: Puso, Dangal, Galing para sa Bayan,” which recognizes the invaluable role of every government employee in advancing quality public service. The theme highlights the importance of serving with compassion, integrity, and competence, values that continue to guide the officials and employees of TAU in the performance of their respective duties and responsibilities.Β 

As public servants, the University’s workforce remains committed to delivering efficient, responsive, and people-centered services while upholding the principles of professionalism, accountability, and excellence. Through their collective efforts, TAU employees contribute to the fulfillment of the University’s vision and mission and to the broader pursuit of national development.
