The offices under the Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) led by Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, gather for the Midyear Performance Review on 23 July at the Office of the University President (OUP) Conference Room.
The activity gathers representatives from the Administrative Services, Financial Services, and General Services to present their accomplishments and report on the progress of their respective offices during the first half of the year. Participants also discuss areas that require further attention while sharing updates on ongoing initiatives and operational concerns.
Through the review, the University takes stock of each office's performance and examines opportunities to improve the delivery of administrative and support services. The discussions also help guide the participating offices as they prepare for the remaining months of 2026, ensuring their plans remain responsive to the University's priorities.
The midyear assessment reflects TAU's continuing commitment to sound governance, transparency, and efficient public service through regular performance monitoring and collaborative planning.
