CAPTURED IN LENS | Flag-Raising Ceremony
Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) holds its simultaneous flag-raising ceremony today, 20 October, with the Department of Extension and Training (DET) serving as the host at the Learning Resource Center (LRC) - Library Building.
During the ceremony, University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson announces the schedule for wearing the new university uniform and encourages employees to maintain a positive outlook in the workplace. He emphasizes the value of finding joy in one’s work and sharing a smile as simple yet meaningful ways to strengthen workplace relationships and promote a supportive working environment.
Meanwhile, the Human Resource and Management Unit (HRMU) reminds Persons With Disabilities (PWDs) and solo parents to visit the HR office for the processing and updating of their PhilHealth premium accounts. Employees who have not yet accessed GSIS Touch are also encouraged to download the application on their mobile phones for convenient access to GSIS services.
Subsequently, the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) and College of Engineering and Technology (CET) join the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) at CAS grounds in singing the national anthem, recitation of pledges, and sharing important updates. The College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF) gathers at the CAF main building, while the College of Education (CEd) and Laboratory School (LS) hold their ceremony together at the LS court.
