CAPTURED IN LENS | Flag-Raising Ceremony
Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) community gathers in front of the Learning Resource Center (LRC) - Library Building for the weekly flag-hoisting ceremony, 27 October.
The SMART Agriculture Center and Root Crops Research and Training Center (RRTC) lead the singing of the national anthem and the recitation of pledges during the ceremony where the usual simultaneous flag ceremonies across offices and colleges are centralized as the University observes its semestral break.
Meanwhile, University President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson reminds TAUians to observe safety precautions amid the hot weather and take necessary measures to protect themselves from heat-related illnesses. He also advises the University community to remain mindful of weather conditions and follow official advisories to ensure their safety.
The university also recognizes the E-Bamboo team for its achievement in the recently concluded 3rd Tarlac Kauayan Arts and Crafts Contest: Search for the Most Innovative Bamboo Products at the roof deck of the Tarlac Capitol Center on 21 October.
