𝐂𝐀𝐏𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄𝐃 𝐈𝐍 𝐋𝐄𝐍𝐒 | 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠-𝐑𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐲

Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) begins the week with its simultaneous flag-raising ceremonies across the campus on 28 July, reaffirming the University's commitment to institutional excellence and service.

Hosted by the Records Management Unit (RMU) led by its Chief, Ms. Zenaida C. Sahagun, at the Learning Resource Center (LRC)-Library Building, the central ceremony features a message from Vice President for Planning and Quality Assurance (VPPQA) Dr. Sonny D.C. Torres, who encourages the University community to welcome the new week with enthusiasm and a renewed commitment to advancing TAU's programs and initiatives. He also reminds faculty members, staff, and students of the importance of regularly attending the weekly flag-raising ceremony as a manifestation of discipline.

Simultaneously, faculty, staff, and students from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Engineering and Technology (CET), and College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM) gather at the CAS Grounds for their flag ceremony. Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA) Dr. Leonell Lijauco announces the approved extension of JC3 for faculty members and encourages students to actively participate in the University's Monday flag-raising ceremonies as part of their responsibilities as members of the TAU community.

University President Dr. Silverio Ramon D.C. Salunson likewise reminds faculty members to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely submission of JC requirements. He also encourages instructors handling first-period classes to monitor students' attendance during the flag ceremony to reinforce their participation in this weekly institutional activity.

Meanwhile, the College of Education (CEd), together with Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, holds its own flag ceremony, highlighting several important announcements. These include the introduction of the newly appointed Laboratory School (LS) principal, the recognition and congratulatory message for the University's Provincial Meet qualifiers for their outstanding achievement, and a reminder from the College Dean to consistently practice proper waste disposal and maintain campus cleanliness to help sustain a safe, orderly, and conducive learning environment.

At the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF), faculty and staff participate in their Planning Workshop and Capacity Building activity as part of the college's continuing efforts to strengthen institutional planning and professional development.
