Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) announces the schedule and guidelines for the on-site enrollment for the Second Semester of Academic Year 2026โ2027, with college students set to register from November 10 to 13, 2026.
The enrollment schedule is organized by studentsโ year levels and classifications to ensure an orderly registration process. Regular 4th, 5th, and 6th-year students are scheduled on November 10, followed by regular 3rd and 2nd- year students on November 11. Regular 1st-year students will enroll on November 12, while irregular students, qualified transferees, shifters, returnees, and late enrollees are scheduled on November 13.
For regular college students, the process begins at their respective colleges for course advising and encoding, where advisers or encoders will issue the pre-registration form. Students must then proceed to the TAU Main Library Atrium for queue registration, followed by the Accounting Office for fee assessment and validation of the Certificate of Registration (COR). Those who are not eligible for Free Higher Education (FHE) must also settle their tuition and other fees at the Cashier and Treasury Office. The final step is to secure a copy of the COR and have their identification cards validated at the Admission and Registration Services (ARS).
Meanwhile, irregular students, qualified transferees, shifters, and returnees must first proceed to the ARS to submit their admission requirements or obtain a copy of their evaluation. They will then go to their respective colleges for course advising and encoding before proceeding to the designated enrollment stations for verification, assessment, payment, and issuance of their COR and ID validation. Students are reminded to carefully check the details of their COR, particularly their name, year level, enrolled courses, and assessed fees, before signing.
Classes for the Second Semester of AY 2026โ2027 will begin on November 17, 2026, for college students and November 21, 2026, for graduate program students. The University encourages all students to observe their designated enrollment schedules and follow the prescribed procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient registration process.
