Strengthening collaboration in agricultural innovation and rootcrop development, Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU), through its Rootcrops Research and Training Center (RRTC), warmly welcomes representatives from Federico Maceda Farms of Cavite and Leyte for a benchmarking activity held at the RRTC Office on March 5, 2026. The visiting team engages with RRTC personnel to learn about the university’s best practices, research initiatives, and training programs focused on sustainable rootcrop production and technology transfer.

On behalf of the Office of the University President (OUP), the delegation receives a warm welcome through the Vice President for Research, Extension, and Training (VP-RET), Dr. Edmar N. Franquera, who underscores the significance of knowledge exchange and collaborative learning among agricultural institutions and industry partners.Β 

The activity highlights TAU’s continuing commitment to advancing agricultural research and strengthening partnerships that contribute to innovation, productivity, and sustainable development in the agriculture sector.
