Representatives from Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) joined higher education leaders and academic institutions nationwide during the AppliedHE Xchange, hosted by First City Providential College (FCPC), on 6 May at the City Convention Center in the City of San Jose, Del Monte, Bulacan.

During the conference, Dr. Marianne P. Villaruel, Director of External Linkages and International Affairs (ELIA) office; Dr. Benny S. Soliman, Director of Student Placement Office (SPO); and Ms. Karen A. Mariano, Director of ALumni Relations Office (ARO) engaged in discussions from prominent figures in the education sector, including Dr. Ian Evangelista, Dr. Lora L. Yusi, Dr. Ferdinand C. Somido, and Dr. Raymundo Arcega, who shared insights on quality assurance, governance, and the evolving landscape of higher education in the country.

The event also gathered university administrators, quality assurance advocates, and educators to discuss emerging trends and strategies in higher education, particularly in the areas of innovation, employability, internationalization, and institutional development.

TAU’s participation in the conference reflects the University’s continuing efforts to expand collaborative opportunities and strengthen its academic standards that contribute to responsive and future-ready higher education.
