Tarlac Agricultural University (TAU) President Dr. Silverio Ramon DC. Salunson proudly recognized six faculty members during their oath-taking ceremony, reflecting their commitment to excellence in teaching, at the OP Conference Hall, 10 September.
Three faculty members from the College of Agriculture and Forestry (CAF)—Mr. John Arris E. Rayo, Mr. Frederick R. Godoy, and Mr. Ramquel P. Tendido—received their renewed appointments under temporary status. Meanwhile, one newly hired faculty member, Dr. Shekinah Phebe M. Samson, joined the College of Veterinary Medicine (CVM), while two others, Ms. Louise Angela C. Villanueva and Mr. Jester F. Dancel, became part of the College of Education (CED).
The six faculty members take their oath before Dr. Salunson together with the Vice President for Finance and Administration (VPFA) Dr. Arnold R. Lorenzo, the Vice President for Academic and Student Affairs (VPASA) Dr. Sonny DC. Torres, United Faculty Association (UFA) President Dr. Joseph Paul T. Abad, Chief Administrative Officer for Administration (CAO-Admin) Ms. Yolanda F. Juan, and the Deans from CAF, CVM, and CED—Dr. Sinamar E. Estudillo, Dr. Lavina Gracia M. Ramirez, and Dr. Claire Anne A. Olivares.
During the oathtaking, Dr. Salunson and the TAU officials reiterated the importance of professional qualifications and the completion of advanced degrees to continuously enhance professional growth and ensure excellent service delivery to students.
